Childcare at EACR 2026

We are delighted that complimentary onsite childcare will be again provided for participants at EACR 2026. Please note that for safety and insurance reasons children are not permitted in the Congress venue at any time except when travelling directly to or from the onsite childcare facility.

The childcare will be available onsite at the convention centre with a range of toys and activities appropriate to the age of the children. 

Pre-booking is required and reservations for childcare can be made through the online booking tool from 22 April 2026 onwards.  A reservation link will be posted on this page on 22 April.

Please note:

• You must have registered and paid for the Congress to book a childcare slot.
• There are limited places available and childcare places will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis when booking opens on 22 April 2026.
• Your booking will be made directly with our contracted childcare provider and not with the EACR.
